Mukand Lal Public School, Sarojini Colony, Yamuna Nagar, has established the following disclaimer regarding the collection and payment of school fees. By using any of our payment methods (online or offline), parents/guardians agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Disclaimer

• The school makes every effort to ensure that the fee structure, due dates, and modes of payment are communicated clearly and in a timely manner through circulars, the official notice board, and/or parent communication channels.

• While we strive to maintain accuracy, any inadvertent error in fee calculation, concession or payment records shall be subject to verification and correction by the school administration.

2. Online Payment Disclaimer

• Online fee payments made through the school’s approved payment gateway are processed through secure channels. However, Mukand Lal Public School does not take responsibility for any technical failure, unauthorized transactions, or delay caused by issues beyond our control (such as server downtime, payment gateway errors, or bank-side issues).

• The payer is responsible for entering accurate information. The school will not be liable for any loss caused due to incorrect details entered during the transaction.

• Duplicate transactions or failed payments that result in a deduction from the payer’s bank account should be immediately reported to the school office with supporting proof for reconciliation.

3. Non-Refundable Clause

• All school fee payments, once made, are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise explicitly stated or in exceptional cases got approved by the Principal.

• Any refund requests due to overpayment, withdrawal, or transfer must be submitted in writing along with valid documentation. Refunds, if approved, will be processed via cheque or bank transfer within a reasonable time frame.

4. Late Fee Disclaimer

• If the fee is not paid by the due date, the school reserves the right to charge a late fee as per school rules.

• Continued non-payment may lead to disciplinary action, including withholding of report cards, exam results, or denial of school services.

5. Changes to Policy

• Mukand Lal Public School reserves the right to amend or update this disclaimer and the fee structure at its sole discretion. All changes will be communicated through official school communication platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Mukand Lal Public School shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or inconvenience arising out of use, delay, or failure of the fee collection system.
