Every year, Earth Day is celebrated on 22nd April at Mukand Lal Public School to remind the students of their duties towards ‘Mother Nature.’Students took the Green Oath and pledged online to become global citizens working for the cause of sustainable development.As a part of environmental education, Earth Day was celebrated through educational activities through online mode. Multiple activities was conducted in the classes.

• Students of class IV and V enjoyed free hand drawing on the topic protect the forest and stop Global Warming
• Students of class VI made bird feeders.
• Students of class VII celebrated Earth day by watching movie on Earth
• Students of class VIII made wind chimes.
• Students of Classes IX and X celebrated the power of green by making posters and E pamphlets .
• Students were able to understand the importance and need for celebrating Earth Day
